We manufacture high-quality screen printing and Cargo carrier (Pallets, Aufsätze, Container), that offer optimum protection against contamination. Our company has grown to become the world’s largest manufacturer of precision screen printing frames.

In the production of aluminium pallets, attachments, mesh boxes and containers for customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, all products comply with GMP and HACCP regulations.

Manufacturing customised solutions following individual consultation with our partners is a matter of course for us! This includes, amongst other things, Basic Frames, Complex special housings and base frames for machine and apparatus construction, Special Containers and mesh boxes tailored to your specific requirements. Company History -Anton Hurtz-

What began in 1908 with the production of ice cells for brewery and refrigeration needs, eventually led in the more than one hundred years of company history to the company that Anton Hurtz GmbH Co. KG from Nettetal is today. We are a DIN-certified specialist for aluminium, steel and stainless steel processing.

2022-2025:

• Construction of a new 800m² production hall
• Purchase of a Trumpf laser system
• Purchase of a new Trumpf bending machine
• Automation of the sanding processes
• Establishment of a sustainable pallet and container repair department to conserve resources.

2020er:

• • • Cultural change and introduction of lean management
    • Restructuring of the business areas in logistics, screen printing, pharma / food, industry / automotive.
    • Expansion of the aluminum pallet product line through investment in personnel and capital
    • Acquisition of further ultra-modern welding robots
    • Installation of a new welding smoke extractor

2010er:

• • • Inclusion of several special profiles in the profile range for the production of filtration frames (new, supplementary product line)
    • Base and machine frames are established in the product portfolio.

    • Production specializes in processing screen printing frames made of aluminum, stainless steel and steel. Development and patenting of our own slope profiles for the screen printing sector

1950er/1960er:

• • • Start and expansion of the production of screen printing frames initially in steel - later also in aluminum and stainless steel - for textile and screen printing.

1948:

• • • After the currency reform, things are steadily improving. Hurtz developed into the largest special factory for the production of ice cells, which were exported worldwide

1920er:
