We produce quality screen-printed frames and load carriers (pallets, tops, containers) that offer optimum protection against contamination. Our company has developed into the largest manufacturer of precision screen printing frames in the world.

In the production of aluminium pallets, tops, mesh boxes and containers for customers from the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical and food industries - all products comply with GMP and HACCP regulations.

We manufacture customised solutions after individual consultation with our partners! This includes, among other things, special constructions of base frames, machine frames, special containers and skeleton containers for your individual needs. Quality and adherence to delivery dates characterise our production. Our employees always work in a customer-oriented manner and will be happy to advise you on any questions you may have. What began in 1908 with the production of ice cells for brewery and refrigeration needs, eventually led in the more than one hundred years of company history to the company that Anton Hurtz GmbH Co. KG from Nettetal is today. We are a DIN-certified specialist for aluminium, steel and stainless steel processing.

2022-2025:

• Neubau einer Produktionshalle v. 800m²
• Anschaffung einer Trumpf Laseranlage
• Anschaffung einer neuen Trumpf Kantbank
• Automatisierung der Schleifprozesse
• Etablierung einer nachhaltigen Paletten und Container Reparaturabteilung um Reccourcen zu schonen.

2020er:

• • • Cultural change and introduction of lean management
    • Restructuring of the business areas in logistics, screen printing, pharma / food, industry / automotive.
    • Expansion of the aluminum pallet product line through investment in personnel and capital
    • Acquisition of further ultra-modern welding robots
    • Installation of a new welding smoke extractor

2010er:

• • • Inclusion of several special profiles in the profile range for the production of filtration frames (new, supplementary product line)
    • Base and machine frames are established in the product portfolio.
    • Certification as a welding technician Company DIN EN ISO 3834-2 for all welding techniques with comprehensive requirements (MIG, MAG, TIG)
    • Acquisition of state-of-the-art CNC machining centers: MAZAK VTC 300 C II

2000er:

1970er/1980er:

• • • Sale of the company by the Hurtz family to the current shareholders.
    • Production specializes in processing screen printing frames made of aluminum, stainless steel and steel. Development and patenting of our own slope profiles for the screen printing sector

1950er/1960er:

• • • Start and expansion of the production of screen printing frames initially in steel - later also in aluminum and stainless steel - for textile and screen printing.

1948:

• • • After the currency reform, things are steadily improving. Hurtz developed into the largest special factory for the production of ice cells, which were exported worldwide

1920er:
